Eclipse

Author: Stephenie Meyer
Review: The third book in the twilight series. It is just as compelling and dramatic as its prequels. Bella is faced with a decision: Edward or Jacob? Her choice is obvious - she's in love with Edward. Jacob is nothing more than a friend that helped her in a time of need. Is that enough for him though? To make things worse, Victoria is back and Laurent is too - and unfortunately for the Cullens, he's on her side. The only thing that can keep Bella alive is teamwork - between werewolf and vampire. They're mortal enemies, how the hell is this going to work? You're going to have to find out for yourself.

Review: The second book in the Twilight series. It was just as good as the first one. It was a little bit sadder though. Edward leaves Bella for a long time, and during that time she gets more acquainted with Jacob Black - a werewolf whose father is good friends with Isabella's father. He helps her through the rough patch that she had been going through. However, all good things must come to an end. When Edward receives the news of Bella's death, he flees to Italy where he plans to provoke the Volturi. Alice, on the other hand - well, she finds out that Bella isn't dead at all. She's just unconscious. What happens when Bella finds out where Edward is going?

Review: Before I actually read it, I didn't think that the book would be as amazing as everyone said it would be. I bought it, read it, and fell in love with it. Edward Cullen was practically everything that I could ever want in a guy; this story made me wish that vampires were real. Bella still seems a little fake to me, but in my opinion, she's a perfect match for Edward.
